Services you will be able to provide to clients:
As franchisee you will be able to provide bridging finance, discount agent's & bond commissions, bridge tranfer fees, do invoice discounting, business loans, and discount doctors' claims they claim from the medical funds. We are also adding pension fund bridging and bridging on government contracts by providig the neccessary startup capital needed for the contract startup until the first payment is on the contract is received.

Advances.co.za will provide you with constant SMS email and system based feedback on any and all applications. We also check all your applications to ensure all documents needed are in order and we ensure that the applications go through the finance houses without any problems. We are also constantly looking to expand services provided to our licensees while constantly keeping the software system up to date with cutting edge technology. Advances.co.za will also monitor the market and any regulatory requirements impacting on the Advances community. You will receive weekly updates on any news related to these topics. You and your consultants will also receive email addresses in the following format yourname@advances.co.za to enable you to effectively communicate with your clients.

How the applications work:
The applications logged by you will be received by Advances.co.za Processing centre for quality and accuracy. Upon approval you will receive the approval notification enabling you to access and generate the relevant documentation the client needs to sign. This documentation is then signed by the relevant parties (Instruction provided in the admin section) and faxed to the relevant fax number. The documents are then reviewed by the finance houses and approved or declined. Upon approval you will again receive a notification of approval. The payout is then processed by the finance house along with any fees raised by Advances.co.za on the transaction.
Payout Procedures:
Payouts to the clients are made within 8-24 hours from approval and fees are paid out within 3 working days to Advances.co.za. We then process your commission payouts the same day, (TThus you never have to wait unitl month-end to get your fee. You get CASH as soon the the finacier pays out the fees.

Requirements for new franchisees:
Franchisees will need to be qualified marketers and have a good sense of administration and procedures regarding legal documents. All franchisees as well as their employees will be required to dress formally as the services provided has to do with financial solutions and it is important to project a professional image to any potential client.
Franchisee will also require the capital needed to setup their offices (We however do not require that all fanchises open offices). Advances.co.za however has access to provide computers, printers and other office equipement to our franchises at cost price greatly reducing costs normally associated with starting up a new office.
Franchises will set their monthly targets and this will be submitted for review by Head Office. We can then assist you in your marketing strategies and help you to attain your franchise goals.

Advertising Guidelines:
Advances.co.za has compiled a series of ready to use advertisements for use by all our members. These include business cards, leaflets, flyers, banners, signage, Posters, paper ads and classifieds.
We do not limit franchises to using these advertisements only but we do require the use of our business cards and letterheads.

Startup Time:
A franchise user profiles and system access can be created in 1 day, providing you complete access to setup your broker profiles and to start processing your applications.
Training:
When you have purchased a franchise you will receive a complete training manual guiding you through the process of doing each and every type of application. You will then be given access to our training domain enabling you to process application and generate documentation as though processing live applications. As soon as you are fully confident with your skills you can then process application on the live database. This training enviroment will stay available to you enabling the in-house training of any future brokers or participants.

Your Earnings:
Your earnings will be determined by the amount of effort and skill put into driving the business. We however give you an example below illustrating possible income from a single bridging transaction based of the average bridging amount requested.
Client Bridges: R 150 000.00
Professional & Rasing Fees Levied R 15 000.00
Your Commission R 7 500.00 on the single transaction
Let us now assume you can process 4 transactions a month your total earnings would be R 30 000.00 a month when doing just 4 transactions a month.
Additional Income:
When doing some of the other services in addition to the bridging finance you can see that your cearnings in a month could easily range between R 50 000.00 and R 100 000.00 a month.
We also give you a 20% incentive bonus on your fees earned each month when reaching your target (You receive this bonus without requirement for the first 3 months)

Franchise Costs
Advance.co.za franchise licenses are sold for R 50 000 Excl. Vat which gives you full access to all updates system changes and services discussed above. You will receive exclusive rights to do all transactions in your area but you are allowed to process referrals originating by word of mouth .(These referral may not be a result of advertising in an area not allocated to you as this could lead to final warnings and ultimately to suspension of your franchise license.
If any computer hardware/software is needed we can arrange to get you quotations based on cost prices due to various joint venture agreements we have setup for our franchisees. The costs involved here will be determined by your office setup and requirements.
