Q: Who can apply ?
A: We only cater of the South-African market, so if you're not in Sunny South-Africa, we won't be able to assits you.
Q: How long does it take before I get the money ?
A: It takes about 6-24 hours for the money to arrive in your account once we have received all the requested documentation and signed instruction forms.
Q: Do i need to bridge the entire amount I qualify for?
A: No, you can take any amount, up to the Maximum amount of 80% less fees (Some services may have lower lending limits than 80%)
Q: When can I apply to receive commission upfront?
A: When you have an accepted purchase contract for a single-family residential property, town house ot flat. Investment transactions are acceptable providing they are residential in nature.
Q: Do I need an account to apply to receive commission upfront?
A: No, all agents can register along with the application. You only receive a username and password for any future transactions to be loaded on your profile.
Q: Will we distribute or sell my personal information? ?
A: No, we respect your privacy and information received will not be sold or distributed

A: The selling of your future right/ guarantee to money in order to receive the funds today!
Q: Does Advances borrow money?
A: No we do not create new debt! You must have a right to funds, before Advances can assist you in bridging the time gap between when you need money & when you receive it.
Q: When do I pay back the bridged amount?
A: The bridged amount will be paid back by the attorney, principal agent/ or bond originator firm, upon successful registration of the transaction in the deeds office.
